  • Red dried chillies –4-5
  • Sea Salt–1/4 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds–1/4 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder–1/4 teaspoon

Take 7-8 cloves of garlic and handful of dried crimson chillies. Grind the garlic and red chillies in a mixer to a fine paste. Get a pan and preserve it on medium warmth. Add 2 tablespoon of oil in it. Add some cumin and turmeric powder. Now incorporate the Garlic-Chili paste to it. Increase the cut broccoli items and sauté for some time. Increase some sea salt and go over it for a transient time till the broccoli becomes gentle but not mushy. Insert peanut powder and combine well. Season it will lime juice and take pleasure in when hot.

Take note–Never overcook the broccoli as it tends to grow to be mushy. It must get significantly less than 5 minutes for the broccoli to cook dinner.
